In the initial consultation we will take an educational-approach into the world of holistic wellness followed by a deep dive into your history, health concerns, and goals – so you can not only feel better about the direction to head in but also understand the “why” behind it all.

Yes! Coaching plans extend well beyond nutritional guidance but also into fitness training, which is tailored to your individual needs and desires.
Binded Life plans are designed to get you started out effectively and efficiently. At the shortest duration, the 4-week plan is built to provide eduction and provide you with a good start to your wellness journey. On the other hand, the 12-week plan is perfect to not fully understand the “why” but also develop a long-term routine and lifestyle.

Plans are broken down from simple meal or fitness plans to much more in-depth coaching plans.

Plans fluctuate depending on various options. General Meal or Fitness plans are offered between $50-$270 for 4-12 week commitments, while Coaching plans fluctuate between $130-$945 from 4-12 week commitments.

During out initial consultation we will take a deep dive to determine exactly which plan would be most ideal for your wellness journey.
